Mr.Cline graduated from The Virginia School for the Deaf and the Blind in 1969, as a part of the Blind Department. From 1980 to 2002, Cline then served as a Health and Physical Education teacher and as the Wrestling and Track and Field coach.
He is also a member of the VSDB Board of Visitors, the VSDB Foundation Board, and is the current President of the Blind Alumni Chapter.
