Ms. Rankin has served as the Director of Operations for the Virginia School for the Deaf and the Blind since 2002 and is a certified Virginia Contracting Officer and a Virginia Construction Contracting Officer. As a founding Board member of the VSDB Foundation Board, she now
serves as the Secretary.
Rankin also serves on the board of the R. Aumon and Mary Scott Bass Endowment Fund. She enjoys being with her grandchildren and many outdoor activities including spending time on Smith Mountain Lake with her husband.
