VSDB Welcomes 3-D Printer Lab

As a leader in accessibility for all students, VSDB moves forward with innovative technology with the establishment of a 3-D printer lab. Funding for the project is provided through the Virginia Department of Education. In preparation for the 2019-2020 school year, teachers spent professional development days assembling and learning the operations of the 3-D printers that will be utilized to support access to the curriculum for all VSDB students. The lab will also serve as a workforce site in order to provide students the opportunity to develop valuable workforce skills.
